Become a Financial Member of Village Green Theatre Group!

Village Green Theatre Group has 3 membership options, and all members of productions and volunteers are required to be paying members.

Ordinary Member (Ages 18+) - $25.00

Associate Member (12 - 17) - $10.00

Performance Only (under 12) - $10.00


Benefits to Membership:

  • Ordinary Members receive a $5 discount on their show ticket price (one discount per member)
  • Ordinary Members are also entitled to vote in our Annual General Meetings
  • Associate Membership is for children aged 12 - 17.  Associate members do not have voting rights at the Annual General Meeting
  • Performance Only Membership is for children under 12 not enrolled in the youth theater program. Performance Only members do not have voting rights at the Annual General Meeting
  • Be kept up to date with emails and newsletters


By purchasing and paying your membership fee below, you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions of the Constitution and Code of Conduct of the Village Green Theatre Group Inc. as set out below

MEMBERS’ RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

With being a member of VGTG Inc. comes rights and responsibilities to yourself, your peers and the Theatre Group in general.

 

MEMBERS HAVE A RIGHT TO:

  • Be treated fairly, equally and with respect by the committee and all members.
  • Participate, learn and socialize in an environment free from all forms of harassment and  discrimination.
  • Privacy and confidentiality concerning records, documents and any other communication that contains their personal information.
  • Be informed and actively involved in group events.

 

MEMBERS HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO:

  • Honour the commitments that you have made to this theatre.
  • Treat all Theatre Group members fairly, equally and with respect.
  • Not discriminate against any person.
  • Not damage, steal or misuse the Theatre Group’s property.   
  • Follow all Theatre Group safety practices and requirements.
  • Maintain a professional image.
  • Refrain from offensive or embarrassing behavior.
  • Maintain the harmony and good name of our Theatre Group and its members, within the    Theatre Group and outside in the community.
  • Bring issues regarding any Theatre Group matters to the attention of the Management  Committee.
  • Abide by and uphold our Constitution and Code of Conduct.
